As for Crimson spheres except for a couple which require you to take certain actions at speciffic times and even take certain paths(which you affect the rest of the game) most of the crimson spheres are pretty easy to get. Try getting them manually on your next playthrough. That said the main purpose of those spheres is to gain access to a certain cave with unique bosses and scenes and that only needs all spheres in your inventory so I doubt the scenes with them are needed for that much.
