Original Thread with Comment Chain: Without further ado, let's get this started. I'll put my thoughts at the bottom, declaring winners of the update, and losers along with some dialogue. TLDR of my legendary Hellebron playthrough where I tried rushing Morathi for that force confed: Try not to die to: • evil elves everywhere (mostly my/Malekith's fault) • Ulthuan Alith Anar confed mega blob (star dragons + dragon princes ambushes vs my tier 1-3, really nice) because hater and t5 Ulthuan mega confed in turn 40 is fun.

• Muzz to the south (ty Alith Anar) • Rats because AA invite and borders etc • TK because AA invite and casual hate Can confirm that the TK stacks are mostly trash (skelebros only even turn 100) and mean ez Slaves. If I just wasn't so starved for armies. AA and Muzzi field more than i can afford each, also rebellions everywhere all the time and a huge sea border Can also confirm that Malekith is a freaking bro/monster and handles roughly a quarter of the armies thrown at me, but drags me into more wars with evil elves and recently Chaos because I needed another front in the north. And Hellebron will literally solo Lizard armies with Sword of Khaine. ​ So yeah, did nothing to TK ever, beat up their neighboring Skaven, still got invited.

Doubt -relations make a difference at all for DE. • • • • • • •. Still my favorite playthrough. Once you stabilize, once you kill the Skaven, so there is not competing corruption, and the TK's before they get big, and any of the elves you can curb while their still small 'n weak; once you have a decent economy from all the fighting, and have established yourself.. Nothing should really trouble you after that. You can expand north, spec to ally with the Norscan Tribes, raid and pillage Ulthuan from up and down its coast (and soon, even fight Vampirates along the way!) to fund your ongoing fight with the Lizardmen. Once you can fund several armies of blackguards and darkshards, lizardmen are easy enough, and hey, there are men, orcs, and even other HEs down in Lustria as well.
