I recently bought a new laptop, a Toshiba Satellite C50D-A-043. It came with Windows 8, which I really don't like, so I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) on it.

You should be able to download the Windows 7 network drivers from the Toshiba web site. I entered the model number you listed above and receive an 'invalid entry' on the Toshiba support site. This is the only location from which you should obtain the driver.

If you can't find it yourself, contact Toshiba and they should be able to get you the link to the driver download page for your laptop. I should note this computer was purchased in Canada. I have alredy tried the Toshiba.ca support site, and all the drivers there are for Windows 8 and 8.1. As I have mentioned I have tried installing these drivers but still to no avail.
