SEFCU is pretty great. I've never had an issue with getting the help I need. Their customer service is great. I got charged an overdraft fee once when a payment came out that I wasn't expecting and I called their customer service and they let it slide and refunded my money. I'm sure they don't always do that but it made the situation a hell of a lot better. There's no random hidden fees or lame rules that are made to just make money off of you.
